“Sarah did an initial consultation where I was free to express my concerns and the issues that I was having with getting my daughter to sleep at night. I felt I was listened to and Sarah was non-judgemental and supportive.
I was told to keep a diary of all my daughters activities, naps, feeds etc and then we would reconnect at a later date once Sarah had put together a plan.
I received Sarah's plan via email and it detailed everything from wake up until bedtime and also suggestions for when my daughter woke up or didn't 'follow' the plan.
We also spoke on the phone to discuss the plan and to discuss any questions I had or raise any concerns which I found very helpful.
I felt that the plan was quite daunting, however, was reassured by Sarah that if we stuck to it my daughter would begin sleeping at night. It was also important to try and stick to the plan as much as possible or else we would be back at square one again.
It was tough to begin with, a lot of patience and time soothing my daughter was needed. But Sarah's words about going back to square one rang in my head. We persevered, and within a few days my daughter was in more of a solid routine and then eventually started sleeping through the night. For the first time in a year!! I'm happy to say that over 2months later, she is still sleeping through and she is a much more content baby for it. And in turn I am able to be a better Mother because I am well rested.
This is my third child and I am not too proud to say that I was at a loss about how to get my daughter to sleep throught the night. My first two seemed to get themselves into a routine eventually and I had no problems with sleep with them.
My third humbled me greatly and I am so glad I had Sarah to give me the support and guidance I was actually quite desperate for.
It isn't a quick fix that Sarah offers but I truly feel that without her, my daughter would still be waking up hourly. So I am incredibly pleased with the consult that Sarah gave us and the ongoing support she provided.
Highly recommended, don't suffer alone for as long as I did!!”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah. We were struggling with our son’s sleep and multiple night wakings. Sarah took the time to listen to our specific challenges and tailored a plan that was realistic and easy to follow. We started by changing one thing in his daytime routine, which proved very effective, although she had other strategies planned if that had not worked. We saw improvements almost immediately, and within a few weeks, our son had settled into a much improved sleep pattern, often sleeping through the night, which used to be rare!
What impressed us the most was Sarah’s ongoing support and encouragement. She checked in regularly to see how we were progressing. It was very reassuring to have someone guiding us through this daunting process.
I highly recommend Sarah to any parents/carers struggling with child sleep issues. I wish we had done it sooner!”
